Description

Palazzo Vecchio is located in a unique area, immersed in the Valdichiana, between Lake Trasimeno and the Sienese hills, an ideal land for viticulture. The Nobile vintage represents the specificity of the wines of Palazzo Vecchio. Harmonious and well balanced; a wonderful connection between the past and the future.

Production: eco-sustainable agriculture. Grapes are manually harvested and selected from the historic “Vigna del Bosco” vineyard, planted in 1951. Limited production, vinified only in the best vintages. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for a minimum of 48 months in French oak barrels. Aged in bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

Tasting notes: Intense ruby red with garnet-red nuances. Rich, spicy aroma with a strong personality. Bold, lively structure with well-balanced tannins.

Pairings: Grilled, spit-roasted and roasted meats.
