Description
Production: Certified organic, biodynamic and vegan. 20-year old vines, natural yeast fermentation. Aged 12 months in French and American oak barriques, with regular racking.
Tasting: Nice cherry-red colour. Powerful aromas of wild red berries and cherries, with notes of well-integrated oak. Fresh acidity, generous notes of red fruit with supple but well-structured tannins.
Pairings: Grilled red meat, pork, lamb, tomato-based dishes, duck.
Alcohol: 14.0%
