Description

Production: Personal cuvée of Joe Wright, Left Coast Cellars’ winemaker made on site with estate-grown fruit. Short ageing in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Dense and rich in color, enticing aromas of spices, cherries, wild strawberries and crushed dried herbs. Juicy on the palate with red berry, spicy and toasty flavors. Fine tannins and a long finish.

Pairings: Exceedingly food friendly. grilled salmon, pork chops, roast chicken, root vegetables.
