Description
Production : grapes are from the villages of Zavognza, Ruttars and Dolgi Breg, at altitudes between 120 and 180 metres (400 to 600 feet). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on lees for more texture and flavour.
Tasting: intense nose, aromas of spice, hay, almonds, dried yellow flowers and ripe yellow apples. Supple and elegant palate, well-balanced. Light almond notes on the finish.
Pairings: as an apéritif or with antipasti, soups, fish or white meats.
