Description
Production: Organic. Grapes are sourced in the villages of Zavognza, Pozar and Bukova, at altitudes between 120 and 180 mètres (400 to 600 feet). 80% aged in stainless steel and 20% in new oak barrels. Aged on lees.
Tasting: notes of ripe apples, acacia flowers and honey. Juicy with lots of texture and a long finish.
Pairings: antipasti, fish and white meats.
