Description
An authentic expression of Côte de Nuits Pinot Noir, where finesse, balance, and pleasure meet in an approachable yet terroir-driven style.
Production: Grapes come from parcels located near Morey-Saint-Denis. After traditional fermentation, the wine is aged for several months in oak barrels, with a small proportion of new oak, to preserve fruit purity and terroir expression.
Tasting notes: Brilliant ruby color. The bouquet reveals aromas of red cherry, raspberry, violet, and forest floor. The palate is elegant and balanced, supported by fine tannins and a fresh, slightly spicy finish.
Food pairings: Beef tartare, duck breast, grilled salmon, or roasted poultry.
Alcohol : 13%
