Description
Production: Organic wine, clay-limestone soil. Hand harvested, natural yeasts. Aged 18 months in concrete vats. Non-filtered.
Tasting: Ruby red colour. Aromas and flavours of spices, cherries and small red and black berries. Full-bodied. Fairly long finish.
Pairings: meat dishes, terrines, fowl and game.
