Production: Hand-harvested. Pressing rosé. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting: Pale pink (onion peel) colour. Aromas of blood oranges, red berries, wild flowers. Crisp, with citrus and wild strawberry flavours.
Pairings: Ideal summer aperitif. Shrimp, salads, sushi.
