Description
Production: Manual harvest, aged 24 months in French oak (30% new) and 8 months in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red with garnet highlights. Aromas and flavours of spice, cherries, pepper, earthy mushrooms, touch of oak. Good tannic structure, balanced acidity, full body and long finish.
Pairings: Roast beef, herb-crusted lamb, mushrooms.
