Description
Production: Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting: Bright ruby with violet flecks pointing to the introverted, youthful nature of this wine. Highly fragrant with aromas of berries (cherries, griottes), spices and wild flowers, with some earthy notes. Supple tanins, bright acidity. Dry.
Pairings: Red meat and tomato-based dishes, pork, veal, roast chicken, charcuterie, cheese.
Alcohol: 13,5 %
