Description
Production: Each varietal is hand-harvested, vinified separately and then blended. Aged 24 months in French oak barriques.
Tasting: Cherry-red colour. Intense nose, aromas of cherries, pepper and herbs. Full-bodied, with firm tannins and flavours reminiscent of the aromas. Long finish.
Pairings: Grilled and slow-cooked red meats.
Alcohol: 13,5%
Residual sugar: < 4 g/l
Aging potential: 8 – 10 years
