Les Vignes du Tremblay is a wine of rare elegance, born from the harmony of old and younger vines, aged 40 to 70 years. This cuvée showcases the purity and finesse of Gamay while expressing the singularity of its terroir.
Production: Following a manual harvest, carefully selected whole clusters undergo precise vinification. The wine is aged on fine lees for 16 months, achieving a refined balance and depth.
Tasting Notes: Its garnet robe hints at a delicate bouquet of fresh red fruits, violet, and subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it charms with freshness and harmony, finishing with a refined and persistent minerality.
