Description

Production: Charmat method in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Light straw yellow colour, with fine and persistent perlage. Pleasant fruity, floral bouquet with notes of fresh bread. Finely controlled acidity with flavours of apple and almonds.

Pairings: Apéritif, sushi, oysters, smoked salmon, cheeses, various antipasti.
