Production: obtained from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. Produced from grapes grown in the vineyards of Zavognza and Bukova at an altitude of 150 to 180 meters above sea level.

Tasting: Fruity and herbaceous flavours demonstrating richness and harmony. Fleshy, generous.

Pairings: antipasti, charcuterie, white or red roasted meat, chicken, game and aged cheeses.
