Production: From volcanic and chalky soils.
Tasting: ruby colour. Notes of wild red berries, violets, dried herbs, licorice and pencil shavings. Dry and very supple. Well-balanced, with flavours of wild strawberries and raspberries that last into a long finish. Easy-drinking and fruit-forward.
Pairings: charcuterie, antipasti, grilled poultry, duck and feathered game, veal, pasta with tomato sauce or herns, risotto, cheeses.
