Description
Production : Hand-harvested. Aged in stainless steel tanks and 2nd passage oak barriques.
Tasting: Ruby colour. Cherries, raspberry jam, spice, moka and herbs on the nose. Medium-bodied, supple tannins. Long finish.
Pairings: Charcuterie, grilled pork, veal, pasta dishes with tomato sauce, hard cheeses.
