Production: Organic. Stainless steel fermentation and ageing. 15 year-old vines.
Tasting Notes: Smoky notes, orchard fruit and fresh butter aromas. Rich on the palate. Slightly off-dry (9.1 g/l residual sugar).
Pairings: Poultry, rabbit, veal, fish in creamy sauces, choucroute, terrines, fresh cheeses.
