Kaspar is an avid traveller who fell in love with the vine after having the chance to work with an exceptional winemaker in the Jura. He then completed his sommelier training at the École hôtelière de la Capitale before leaving to discover the world for 8 years. He is now back in Quebec to pursue his passion in the world of wine.
