Production: Prestige wine made only in the best vintages. The vineyard has been organic since the 2016 vintage. Hand harvested. Aged 30-36 months 60% in French oak barriques and 40% in 10-30 hl large oak barrels, then at least 18 months in bottle.
Tasting: Intense and brilliant ruby red colour. Complex red berries, violets, licorice, spice and tobacco aromas and flavours with well-integrated notes of oak ageing. Structuring tannins, rich texture and great balance on the palate. Long cellaring potential.
