Description
Production: Certified organic and vegan wine. Each parcel vinified separately then assembled. Maceration period of 25 days, aged 24 months in French and American oak barriques, followed by at least 3 years in bottle.
Tasting: Nice ruby-red colour. Very complex aromas of licorice, forest floor, leather and well-integrated oak. Evolved but still very lively, full-bodied, good tannic structure with a very long finish. At its peak 2022-2024.
Pairings: grilled red meat, pork, lamb, game.
