Production: Certified organic and vegan wine. Maceration period of 25 days. Aged 12 months in French and American oak barriques.
Tasting: Nice cherry-red colour. Aromas of cherries, spices, leather and a touch of vanilla. Full-bodied with with a long finish.
Pairings: grilled meat, pork, lamb, Mediterranean dishes, strong cheeses.
