Description
Production: Organic. Made with grapes from 40 year-old vines. Fermented in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts, aged in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Brilliant straw yellow colour, very fine effervescence. Aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits and citrus (lime, mandarine, grapefruit). Supple, crisp and off-dry. Very light alcohol (6%).
Pairings: As an apéritif or with cheeses and fruit-based desserts.
