Production: Made with Incrocio Manzoni, a cross between Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco. Fermented in stainless steel.
Tasting: Aromas and flavours of ripe juicy pear, pineapple, ripe yellow apple, white flowers and minerality. Lush mouthfeel, with a crisp acidity and a long finish.
Pairings: As an apéritif or with antipasti, soups, fish, seafoods, salads.
