Production: Grapes are sourced from the Bussia vineyards. Manual harvest, aged 24 months in French oak.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red with garnet highlights. Complex aromas of red berries, pepper, herbs, touch of oak. Good tannic structure, balanced acidity and long finish. Exceptionnally rich flavours.
Pairings: Roast beef, herb-crusted lamb, mushrooms.
