Description
Production: Manual harvest, aged 8 months in stainless steel and 12 months in used French oak barriques.
Tasting Notes: Bright, intense ruby red colour. Red berries, prunes, sour cherries. Firm tannins. Barbera’s characteristically bright acidity carries the fruit into a long finish.
Pairings: Tomato-based dishes, duck, veal, beef tartare or tataki, charcuterie, ratatouille.
