Description

Production: Hand-harvested. Cryomaceration to preserve aromatic caracter. Batonnage in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting: Pale, brilliant yellow straw colour. Aromas of apples, flowers, citrus and minerality. Crisp with flavours of apple, pear, lemon cream. Well-balanced, with a long finish.

Pairings: Ideal summer aperitif. Oysters, fish, salads, sushi.
