Production: Grapes are sourced from the prestigious La Serra vineyards. Manual harvest, aged 24 months in French oak (30% new) and 8 months in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red with garnet highlights. Very complex aromas of chocolate, spice, cherries (kirsch) and other red berries, violets, herbs, touch of oak. Good tannic structure, balanced acidity, full body and very long finish. Exceptionnally rich flavours.
Pairings: Roast beef, herb-crusted lamb, mushrooms.
