A young and vibrant Sangiovese, expressing pure fruit freshness and the energy of sandy soils still in full expression.
Production: Made from Sangiovese grown on 5 hectares of vines about 10 years old, mainly on sandy soils. Manual harvesting with mechanical sorting. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 12 to 18 days depending on the vintage, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for around 4 months in cement vats before filtration and bottling.
Tasting notes: Bright, luminous ruby colour. The nose shows fresh red fruit aromas such as raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by elegant floral notes typical of Sangiovese. The palate is medium to full-bodied, supported by youthful, dynamic tannins. Bright acidity brings energy and tension, leading to a clean, fruity finish.
Food pairing: Perfect with tomato-based pasta dishes, grilled meats, artisan pizzas, or simple and flavourful Tuscan cuisine.
