Aliki is a delicate and expressive rosé, a tribute to Alice, Giovanni Bulgari’s mother, a strong-willed woman with a deep passion for the sea and ancient Greek culture.
Production: Made from Merlot and Malbec grown on 2 hectares of clay-limestone soils. Skin maceration for 14 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 12° and 14°. Aged for 3 months on fine lees, then filtered and bottled.
Tasting notes: Bright, delicate rosé colour. The nose reveals fresh red berry notes such as raspberry and wild strawberry, along with floral nuances and a touch of Mediterranean scrubland evoking rosemary and thyme. On the palate, the attack is fresh and vibrant, supported by lively acidity and marked minerality. The wine is well-balanced and precise, with a long, elegant finish.
Food pairing: Perfect with summer salads, grilled fish, roasted vegetables, or light and aromatic Mediterranean cuisine.
Alcohol: 13%
